I am off on a year of travel and adventure in a few weeks. I think this is a great way to keep a travel log with pictures to share with my family and friends. My husband, is retiring this summer, therefore, I have taken a year off of work for the two of us to travel.
Also, in this blog, I plan on including my creative persuits in rug hooking, quilting and knitting. My little sister, Laurie, has inspired me to start knitting again. Pictures will follow, once I have them available. Some of my knitting projects can be seen on her blog.
Included in this blog will also be pictures of my children, Andrew and Lisa, and of course Peter our future son-in-law! We are very excited about the wedding this summer. As well, I cannot forget our two surrogate children, Harry and Oli, our two cats.
